  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new collection launches), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows (after processing):
    • Domestic (U.S.): 5-7 business days
    • International: 10-15 business days depending on location

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier service issues.


Shipping Carriers

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

 

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
